When returning an eBook, we must take into consideration whether it was read from the app or read online via Odilo's Nubereader. Each has its own returning method.

RETURN A BOOK THAT HAS BEEN READ FROM THE APP

To return a book that has been downloaded and read from the app, you need to follow these steps:

1. Access ODILO app and go to Downloads section.
2. Find the book you wish to return and click on the icon (three dots) on the top right.
3. A pop-up menu will show up. Click on Return Loan.
4. The book will automatically disappear from Downloads and Loans sections.

RETURN A BOOK THAT HAS BEEN READ FROM NUBEREADER

To return a book read from Nubereader, you need to follow these steps:

1. Access the ODILO app go to the Loans section.
2. Find the title you wish to return and click on Return now.

When it comes to return an e-book should take into account if the loan has been to display the book from the reader of the application or to view it from the device using Nubereader. Depending on the type of loan, refund will be done one way or another.
