The system requirements to run Adobe Digital Editions are:

I.Windows

• Intel® Pentium® 500MHz processor
• 128MB of RAM
• 800x600 monitor resolution

II.Mac

PowerPC

• Mac OS X v10.4.10 or v10.5
• PowerPC® G4 or G5 500MHz processor
• 128MB of RAM

Intel ®

• Mac OS X v10.4.10, v10.5 or v10.6
• 500MHz processor
• 128MB of RAM

III.Linux

• Not officially supported.
• ADE can be installed by running the executable file on WINE.
• ADE on Linux cannot recognize license file urllink.acsm, so it should be dragged to ADE once it is open.

IV.Browsers and Adobe Flash supported versions

Windows

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3, Google Chrome for Windows
• Adobe Flash® Player 9 or 10

Mac

• Apple Safari 4, Mozilla Firefox 3

Ereaders

Not all devices on the market are compatible with Adobe DRM technology. It is very important that before purchasing an eReader you check that your device is compatible with Adobe DRM.

Mobile devices

You can also read ebooks using iOS or Android devices.

It is possible to read ebooks using Android and Apple mobile devices.
