Buying titles to add to your library


There are four different ways to add title to your cart for purchase:


    • Buying single title(s) from the home screen.

  1. Locate the title you want to buy from the carousel and place your mouse over the book's cover.

  2. A popup windows appears (there is a short delay before the pop up appears). This pop up window will show the summary information of the title, type of license, price and the number of units/copies to purchase.

  3. Selects the license access type(s) to purchase if multiple license types are available for the title.

  4. Choose the number of units/copies to purchase.

  5. Press the Add to cart button.

Note: You may select as many license types as the book offers.


    • Buying single title(s) from the search results hit list.

      1. Identify the title(s) that you would like to add to your cart.

      2. Select the license type(s) and the number of units/copies.

      3. Click on the Add to cart button.

Note: You may select as many license types as the book offers.

Note: You can preview the book(s) before buying. (up to 10% of the book is available to be previewed)


    • Buying single titles from the “Item Details” page.

      1. Click on a title from the carousel.
      2. You will be redirected to the Item’s detail page.
      3. Select the license type(s) and the number of units/copies.
      4. Click on the Add to cart button.

    • Buying collections.

To simplify and improve the buying process, OdiloPlace offers curated collections with an array of titles that can be bought just with one click.

  1. From the collections carousel on the home screen or from the search results hit list select a collection(s) to purchase.

  2. Press the Add to cart button and all the books in the collection(s) will be automatically added to your cart.

  3. You can deselect titles you do not want to purchase from a collection as well as change the number of units/copies of titles you want to purchase in the collection.

  4. By default, all the titles in a collection will be selected. Uncheck the box next to the title you want to remove from the collection, before purchasing the collection.

  5. Press the Add to cart button and all the titles selected in the collection will be automatically added to your cart.

Note: You may select as many license types as the book offers and as many number of units/copies as you want.
