When returning an eBook, we must take into consideration whether it was read from the app or read online via Odilo's Nubereader. Each has its own returning method.

RETURN A BOOK THAT HAS BEEN READ FROM THE APP

To return a book that has been downloaded and read from the app, you need to follow these steps:

1. Access Pozuelo eBook app and go to Downloads section.
2. Find the book you wish to return and click on the icon (three dots) on the top right.
3. A pop-up menu will show up. Click on Return Loan.
4. The book will automatically disappear from Downloads and Loans sections.

RETURN A BOOK THAT HAS BEEN READ FROM NUBEREADER

To return a book read from Nubereader, you need to follow these steps:

1. Access the Pozuelo eBook app go to the Loans section.
2. Find the title you wish to return and click on Return now.
